Our role
LucknowSquare is an online platform where owners, agents and builders publish property listings and buyers contact them. We are not a party to any transaction and are not a real estate agent for any listing unless stated.
Listings
- You must be the owner of the property or authorised to market it.
- Information must be accurate and not misleading. Photos must be of the actual property or clearly marked as representative.
- We may review, edit for formatting, reject or remove any listing.
- Projects that require RERA registration must show a valid registration number.
Buyers
Inspect the property and verify title, approvals and documents independently before making any payment. Never pay a token amount without a written agreement.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential. We may suspend accounts that post spam, duplicate or fraudulent listings.
Liability
Listings are provided by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, LucknowSquare is not liable for the accuracy of listings or for any transaction between users.
