Open the property and use Call, WhatsApp, Send Inquiry, Request Callback or Schedule Visit. Your message goes directly to the owner, agent or builder who posted it.

Register as a seller, agent or builder, then click Post Property. The form takes you through type, details, location, price, photos and contact information. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live.

Verified is shown only when our team has completed a verification check for that listing. It is not a legal title certificate, so always verify documents yourself before paying.

Typically the registered sale deed chain, current land records (khatauni), an encumbrance search, the approved layout or map from the development authority, and the RERA registration for projects that require it. Take advice from a lawyer for your specific case.

The circle rate is the minimum value per unit area set by the state for calculating stamp duty on a property registration. Current rates are published by the district administration and the IGRS UP portal.

Most listings are reviewed within one working day. If something needs correcting you will see the reason in your dashboard and can edit and resubmit.

Yes. Choose Rent as the purpose when posting. Rent is shown per month, with optional security deposit and maintenance.
